摘要 顶岗实习是校企联合办学新模式实践环节教学的新型尝试。以河北农业大学与长城汽车股份有限公司校企联合办学实践为载体,通过对实习学生和企业员工组织问卷调查,客观、定量地反映了顶岗实习是一个成功的典范。指出了顶岗实习中所存在的问题,探讨了指导教师在顶岗实习中所发挥的作用及其必要性,并提出建设"双师"教师队伍,建立"双导师制"、"立体式"导师队伍。搭建校企桥梁,构建和谐氛围,为我国新型校企联合办学模式的定型提供经验参考。 The working-on-post practice is a new attempt in practice teaching in a mode of collaboration education between universities and enterprises. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the internship students in Agricultural University of Hebei and the employees of Great Wall Auto Co. Ltd. , which objectively and quantitatively reflected that working-on-post practice is a successful mode and revealed some problems existing in the working-on-post practice. This paper investigates the role and necessity of advisers during the working-on-post practice, and puts forward the construction of "double competency" teaching staff and establishment of a "doublementoring", and "three-dimensional" adviser system. It provides successful experience for China 's new pattern of collaboration education between universities and enterprises to build a bridge between colleges and enterprises and create a harmonious atmosphere.
