摘要
柔性管理是一种以人为中心的管理思想,体现管理中的人文精神,注重个体价值的实现。基于对柔性管理理论的探究,提出把柔性管理思想与高校思想政治教育相结合,改变高校思想政治教育思路和方法,以便应对当今高校思想政治教育改革和发展中出现的新情况和新问题。
Flexible management is a people-centered management idea to embody the human spirit in the management focusing on the individual value realization. Based on the flexible management theory, the combination of flexible management idea with the ideological and political education （IPE） is proposed to solve the new problems existing in todas/s IPE reform and the development of new situations by changing the ideas and methods in IPE, which has an important theoretical and practical significance.
