高校学习型党组织建设途径探析

建设学习型党组织,是当前党建工作的重要内容,是全面贯彻落实科学发展观,推动各项工作上新水平的重要举措。高校党组织建设是党建工作的一项重要内容。文章以高校学习型党组织建设途径研究分析为切入点,对学习型党组织的概念和创建意义进行了简要表述,并系统地对创建高校学习型党组织的途径进行了探索与分析,从氛围及环境营造、学习内容与形式创新、学习制度和保障机制完善,学习载体与平台建设等方面提出了具体思路。
