摘要
遥爆系统TB延迟测试是每个项目开工验收的重要测试项之一,也是保证井炮震源激发系统与仪器接收系统严格同步、高可靠性的必要手段。调校TB延迟,是仪器操作员必须掌握的基本技术之一。本文以Shot Pro Ⅱ遥爆系统为例,讲述了TB延迟测试的具体操作方法。通过自制电阻衰减网络,来调试编码器在不同工作模式及不同放炮方式时的参数设置、TB延迟时间,从而提高整个仪器采集系统的同步精度。
TB(Time Break) test for remote source synchronization system is one of the most important test items during each project start-up acceptance test and verification period. It is also a means to ensure high synchronization and high reliability between shooting system and receive system. The ability to test and verify TB Delay is one of the basic techniques for each operator. This article describes the method of this test item about Shot Pro Ⅱ shooting sys- tem. The self-made resistance attenuation network is adopted to test the parameter settings and TB delay time for encoder in different working mode and different shooting style, so as to improve the synchronization precision.
