摘要
目的探讨早期胆囊癌诊断与治疗方法.方法 11例早期胆囊癌患者均进行胆囊切除术.结果随访3 a,11例早期胆囊癌患者采用手术治疗后,生存9例,生存率为81.82%.结论定期进行B超等检查,一旦发现为早期胆囊癌,给予适当、正确的手术治疗,绝大部分患者可获得较好的疗效及预后效果.
Objective Explore diagnosis and treatment of early gallbladder cancer. Method 11 cases with early gallbladder cbolecystectomy were carried on operation. Results 3-year follow-up, the survival rate was 81.82%. Conclusion B ultrasonic examination on a regular basis, once the early gallbladder carcinoma is found, the treatment of operation is carried on the of patients can receive better efficacy and prognosis in clinical practice.
