蒙药齿缘草中金属元素含量测定

Determination of metal element in Mongolian medicine Ciyuancao

采用原子吸收光谱法和原子荧光光度法分别测定了蒙药齿缘草中铅、砷、汞、镉、锰、钼等6种金属元素的含量,它们的含量分别为:735.5μg/㎏、1.122μg/㎏、23.18μg/㎏、43.50μg/㎏、122.4μg/㎏、26.46μg/㎏,为蒙药重金属元素含量检测和控制提供科学依据。

The Pb, As, Hg, Cd, Mn, Mo were determined in Mongolian medicine Ciyuancao by atomic absorption spectrometry and atomic ftuorescence spectrometry. The content of six metal elements were 735.5 μ g/kg, 1. 122 μ g/kg, 23.18 μ g/kg, 43.50 μ g/kg, 122.4μg/kg,26.461μg/kg,respectively. The method provided the scientific basis for the detection and control of heavy metal ele- ment in Mongolian medicine.
