摘要
目的:建立柏花草胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-四氢呋喃-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含0.07%三乙胺,磷酸调PH为3)(140∶40∶820),流速为1.2ml/min,检测波长为430nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱质量浓度在0.610~3.050μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,τ=0.9999,平均回收率为99.16%,RSD=1.11%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,重现性、专属性好,适用于该成分制剂中盐酸小檗碱的定量分析。
Objective: To evaluate a quantitative analysis method of Berberine hydrochloride in Bohuacao capsule Method: Cls chromatography column and ACN-THF-0.O5mol L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (contain 0.07% Et3N, adjust PH to 3 with phosphoric acid) as the moving phase (140 :40 : 820), flow rate 1.2ml/min, UV detector wave 430nm. Result: Peak areas responds to the amount of Berberine hydrochloride in linear with the concentration of 0.610- 3.050g mL-1, π =0.9999, average recover rate 99.16% ,RSD=1.ll% (n=6).Conclusion: The method is easy to operation at quantitative analysis of Berberine hydrochloride in Bohuacao capsule with good precision and specificity.
