破解农职院校服务"三农"与自身发展双赢的关键问题是模式的有效性及机制的长效性。以黑龙江农业经济职业学院服务"三农"实证为例,着重从创新"三农"服务途径、创新培训机制、建立服务"三农"的长效机制等方面分析并阐述了解决的办法与措施。
