中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Acute Pancreatitis

目的:观察透脓散联合四妙勇安汤治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将65例急性胰腺炎患者随机分为对照组30例予西医常规治疗,治疗组35例在西医常规治疗基础上加用透脓散联合四妙勇安汤治疗,连用7天。比较腹痛缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复时间、血白细胞恢复正常时间。结果:治疗组中显效19例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率为94.3%;对照组中显效9例,有效15例,无效6例,总有效率为80.0%;治疗组各项观察指标的改善均优于对照组。结论:透脓散联合四妙勇安汤可改善AP患者的症状、体征及生化指标,促进康复。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Powder of Tou-nong combined with Decoction of Si-miao Yong-an on acute pancreatitis. Methods： 65 patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in control group were given to conventional western medicine treatment, and 35 ones in treatment group were given to Powder of Tou-nong and Decoction of Si-miao Yong-an on the basis of conventional therapy of Western medicine. One treatment course included 7 days. Then the abdominal p.ain relief time, recovery time of bowel sound, recovery time of blood and urine amylase and white blood cell recovery time were compared with be- tween the two groups. Results： Each observed target index was better in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion： Powder of Tou-nong combined with Decoction of Si-miao Yong-an can improve the symptoms, signs and biochemical indexes of AP patients, and promote their rehabilitation.
