生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸TGF-β_1表达的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Soluble Granule of Shengjing on TGF-β_1 in the Rats with Varicocele Testis

摘要 目的:观察精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸中TGF-β1的表达及生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠TGF-β1表达的影响。方法:选择雄性Wistar大鼠60只,按时津和彦改良法制成精索静脉曲张大鼠模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、治疗组各20只。治疗组术后1周给生精冲剂(4.0 g.kg-1)每日1次灌胃;模型组术后1周,给等剂量蒸馏水,每日1次灌胃。各组普食喂养3个月后,手术取睾丸组织观测睾丸重量、组织形态及TGF-β1表达。结果:(1)模型组左睾重量明显低于假手术组(P<0.001),生精冲剂组左睾重量高于模型组(P<0.001),生精冲剂组与假手术组无明显差异。(2)生精冲剂组病理组织学改变明显轻于模型组。(3)模型组睾丸组织TGF-β1表达量较假手术组与生精冲剂组明显增强,生精冲剂与假手术组间TGF-β1表达量无明显差异。结论:精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸TGF-β1表达增强,生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸组织具有保护作用、能减少睾丸TGFβ1的表达。 Objective: To observe the expression of TGF-β1 in the rats with varicocele testis and the effect of Soluble Granule of Shengjing on it. Methods : 60 Wister male rats were made into the models of varicocele with Im- proved Tsuwa Hiko Method. Then they were divided into three groups randomly, which were sham operation group, model group and treatment group, and 20 ones in each group. After operation treatment group was given to Soluble Granule of Shengjing (4. 0 g kg-1 ) with intragastric administration once a day, and model group was given to isodose distilled water once a day. After 3 months' common diet feeding testicle tissue was selected by op- eration to observe the weight, morphology and the expression of TGF-~x. Results: (~)The weight of the left testis in model group was lower more than that in sham operation group ( P 〈 0. 001 ). The weight of the left testis in treat- ment group was higher than that in model group (P 〈 0. 001 ). But there was not significant difference between treatment group and sham operation group. (~)The histopathological morphous was slighter in treatment group than in model group. (~)The expression of TGF-βl in model group was enhanced obviously than in sham operation group and treatment group, but there was not significant difference between treatment group and sham operation group. Conclusion : The expression of TGF-β1 in the rats with varieocele testis was enhanced obviously. Soluble Granule of Shengjing has the effect of protecting the tissue of varieoeele testis and reducing the expression of TGF-βl.
