厦门市2009—2011年公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的执行卫生部的管理办法,保证公共场所集中空调通风系统通风质量达到规范要求。方法依据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(卫监督发〔2006〕58号)的要求,于2009—2011年对厦门市相关单位集中空调通风系统可吸入颗粒物(PM10)、积尘、真菌总数、细菌总数和β–溶血性链球菌等进行检测。结果公共场所集中空调送风系统PM10、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率分别为93.6%、90.3%、96.8%,风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数、真菌合格率分别为99.3%、97.2%、95.6%,送风系统及风管内β–溶血性链球菌均未检出,2009年冷却塔水中的嗜肺军团菌检出率为29.2%。2010年和2011年冷却塔水中均未检测出嗜肺军团菌。结论目前厦门市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况还存在一定的卫生隐患,在今后工作中要加强对集中空调微生物污染的预防控制。 Objectives To ensure air quality in centralized air ventilation system in public places meeting the requirements of the national ministry of health management criterion. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for Centralized Air Conditioning Ventilation System in publ count of aerobic bacterial, [3 - hemolytic streptococcus and qualified rates of PM,0, total count of fungi, the total count respectively ; the qualified rates of the dust weight, the total the inner surface of ventilation vessels were 99.3% , 97.2% ic places, PM10, dust, total count of fungi, the total legionella pneumophila were detected. Results The of aerobic bacterial were 93.6% , 96.8% and,90.3% count of aerobic bacterial and the total count of fungi in and 95.6% ,respectively. There was no [3 - hemolytic streptococcus in wind supply system and ventilation vessels. The detection rate of legionella pneumophila in the wa- ter of cooling tower was 29.2% in 2009, and no legionella pneumophila was detected in 2010 -2011. Conclusions Sanitary control should be strengthened to the central air conditioning ventilation system in some public places.
