摘要 目的建立生活饮用水中氯硝柳胺的测定方法。方法水样中的氯硝柳胺经乙酸丁酯/石油醚混合液萃取和氢氧化钠溶液反萃取,于波长380 nm处,用分光光度法测定反萃取液中氯硝柳胺的含量。结果方法最低检测限为0.03 mg/L,线性相关系数为0.9995,平均相对标准偏差6.1%,平均回收率97.0%.结论该方法准确,可用于测定生活饮用水中氯硝柳胺含量。 Objectives To establish a determination method of niclosamide in drinking water. Methods Niclosamide in drinking water was extracted by butyl acetate/petroleum ether mixture, then stripped by NaOH solution, and the content of niclosamide in NaOH solution was determined by photometry on wavelength 380 nm. Rusults The limit of detection was 0.03 mg/L, the liner correlation coefficient was 0. 9995, the RSD was 6. 1% , and the average recovery was 97.0%. Conclusions The method was accurate and could be applied for the determination of niclosamide in drinking water.
