摘要 近年来,随着石墨烯研究热潮的兴起,将石墨烯用于生物及化学检测的工作也日益增多。本文着重介绍了基于石墨烯及氧化石墨烯(GO)的光学生物传感器,特别是基于石墨烯的荧光共振能量转移(FRET)传感器以及比色法传感器的设计思想和传感特性。 Graphene and its derivatives have attracted extensive attentions due to their excellent and unique properties, and various graphene-based sensors have been developed. This article is focused on the applica- tions of graphene-based or graphene oxide-based optical biosensor, especially giving a detailed overview of fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) and colorimetry biosensors. The underlying strategies and sensor characteristics were extensively discussed.
