摘要
从找平液压系统和找平控制系统两方面出发,对影响摊铺机自动找平系统性能的关键因素及主要参数进行了分析,提出了找平液压缸、系统油源及控制阀等各元件关键参数的确定原则和方法,同时给出了部分参数合理匹配的原则与方法。
Crucial factors and main parameters which affect the performance of auto-leveling system of paver I were analyzed starting from the hydraulic system and control system. Determination p^inciple and method for crucial parameters of components such as leveling hydraulic cylinder, system oil source and control valve were proposed. So were those for requirement matching.
