摘要
针对传统热传导、热辐射干燥加热旧沥青混合料的不足,结合微波加热的优势,研究了一种微波热风组合干燥加热技术,应用于废旧沥青回收中,并对主要设备进行了结构设计。经模拟试验说明,新型干燥加热装置可达到较理想的效果,为旧沥青混凝土回收料的厂拌热再生提供了一种新的途径。
Aimed at the defects of traditional heat conduction and radiation technology in asphalt concrete re- cycling and combined with the advantages of microwave heating mechanism, a new dry heating technology adopting both hot air and microwave was applied to asphalt concrete recycling, and the structure of major equip- ment was designed. The simulation shows that the new device can achieve ideal effects, which provides a new means for plant mix hot recycling.
