基于专利计量视角的我国合金材料技术发展态势分析 被引量:4

摘要 为了解我国合金材料各区域及各技术领域的发展态势,采用专利计量方法,对合金材料技术的专利申请量、生命周期、申请人、热点技术领域和区域分布进行分析,结果表明:从生命周期含义角度讲,我国合金材料技术处于较强劲的发展期;以中国科学院金属研究所、上海交通大学和哈尔滨工业大学代表的高校和科研院所是合金材料专利技术的主要拥有者;铝基合金、有色金属合金和镁基合金等是我国合金材料技术方面专利申请量最大的技术领域;华东、华北和东北地区具有较强的技术优势。由此我们可以得出如下主要判断:我国合金材料行业主要围绕着铝基合金、有色金属合金、镁基合金等技术领域呈现出比较强劲的快速发展态势;专利申请人主要集中于偏向科研的高校和科研院所,申请人综合技术研发能力不强;区域发展十分不平衡,主要集中于经济较发达和工业基础较雄厚的地区。 To explore the development trend of Chinese alloy technology, this paper analyzes the life cycle, applicants, focused areas and regional distribution based on patent applications by applying patent metrology. The results show: ( 1 ) alloy technology is experiencing a rapid development period; ( 2 ) universities and institutes including the Institute of Metal Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shang- hai Jiaotong University and Harbin Institute of Technology, etc. are the major alloy patent applicants; ( 3 } zergal, nonferrous alloy and mg-based alloy embody the most focused alloy technology areas for patent application; ( 4 ) the technology advantage in east China, north China and northeast China is obviously. Accordingly, we can conclude that alloy technology focusing on zergal, nonferrous alloy and mg -based alloy shows rapid development trend; applicants concentrate on universities and institutes, and their comprehensive capacity of R & D is a bit weak; meanwhile, with applicants mainly come from economically developed areas and areas with relatively strong industrial ba- sis, regional distribution is imbalanced.
