摘要 为了让应急部门有效利用在线社会网络在突发事件应急信息共享中的巨大优势,首先讨论应急响应中信息共享的障碍因素;然后对在线社会网络在应急信息共享中的作用和缺陷进行分析;构建包含四个主要模块的基于在线社会网络的应急信息共享平台:信息的生成和获取模块、信息的过滤和甄别模块、内容分析和协作模块、信息的分类推荐模块。这些模块可以遴选出公众产生的可信信息,与专业应急部门提供信息进行融合集成,进而加以分析优化,并及时分类反馈以支持应急响应;最后每一模块中需要解决的重点问题及解决方法都得到了深入讨论。 For emergency response authorities to use the immense advantage of the online social network effectively, firstly, the informa- tion sharing obstacles in emergency response are discussed. Then, after the functions and disadvantages in applying the online social net- work to emergency response information sharing are analyzed, the information sharing platform for emergency management based on online social network is built, which includes modules of information reading, selecting, content analysis, and cooperation analysis. These mod- ules can help us select the trustworthy publicly-available information, so that it can be aligned with official information sources for optimi- zation and application. Finally the key research problems and their solutions of every module are discussed in detail.
