摘要
采用磷钨酸铈作为催化剂,在反应温度67℃和酸醇物质的量比1∶15的条件下,研究了催化剂用量、反应时间和催化剂循环利用对月桂酸和无水甲醇酯化反应的影响。结果表明,在催化剂用量为月桂酸质量的7%和回流反应4 h条件下,催化剂经分离和重结晶后多次循环利用,月桂酸转化率均超过97.0%,表现出良好的催化活性。
Methyl lautrate was synthesized from lauric acid and methanol in the present of CePW12O40 catalyst. The influence of catalyst dosage, reaction time, catalyst recycling on the esterification of lauric acid and methanol was investigated under the condition of reaction temperature 67℃ and molar ratio of lauric acid to methanol 1: 15. The experimental results showed that the catalyst exhibited good catalytic activity after recrystallization and recycling many times, and lauric acid coversion of above 97.0% was attained under the optimum expermental condition as follows: catalyst dosage 7% of lauric acid mass and reaction time 4 h.
