人工肛门封堵器治疗大便失禁的研究进展

Research progress of artificial anus plugging device in the treatment of fecal incontinence

肠造口术是外科治疗结直肠癌的重要手段，然而其引发的肠造口粪便泄漏、异味、皮肤感染等并发症越来越被人们所重视。人工肛门封堵器作为替代肠造口袋的封堵装置，具有排便可控制、简化操作、封堵效果良好及改善生活质量等优点，本文就人工肛门封堵器总体形态、材料、功能的研究进展进行综述。

Colostomy, which is an important means of surgical treatment of colorectal cancer, leads to the colos- tomy fecal leakage, odor, skin infections and other complications. Artificial anus plugging device as an alternate de- vice to colostomy bag, can achieve bowel control, streamline operations, good blocking effect and mprove the quali- ty of life. Therefore, in this review, the author will discuss the research progress of artificial anus plugging device, including its froms, materials and functions in the treatment of fecal incontinence.
