零售业网络平台上的消费者行为分析——从交易社区中类社会互动的视角 被引量:4

摘要 基于理性行为理论和技术接受模型来探究类社会互动、互动效用与网络购买意愿之间关系的实证研究结果表明,零售业的交易社区成员间类社会互动的三维特征态度互动、认知互动与行为互动正向地影响着成员在社区中的爽体验、认同感、信任、主观规范,而信任、主观规范和感知有用性最终正向影响着社区成员在网络零售平台进行购物的意愿。
