系统阐述了白酒行业各专业技术在未来的发展趋势。并对检测技术中的高端仪器分析,数据分析中的复杂数学模型,工艺技术中的分子生物学、基因组学,品评勾兑中的计算机智能勾兑,生产、包装中的机械化、自动化等方面的运用进行总结。
Through close combination of modem technology with liquor-making industry, the technical development trend in liquor-making industry in the future was systematically described in this paper covering the following fields： advanced instrument analysis in detection, complex mathematical models in data analysis, the utilization of molecular biology and genomics in processing techniques, computer-assisted blending and tasting, automated liquor packaging and liquor-making etc.
