摘要
利用生命周期评价方法,以中粮麦芽(大连)有限公司为案例,从环境排放到资源、能源消耗对储存、清选分级、浸麦、发芽、排潮干燥、除根打包、污水处理7个制麦子系统进行评价。结果显示,制麦生产对环境的潜在影响大小依次为全球变暖、酸化、工业烟尘、富营养化;各子系统对环境的潜在影响大小依次为排潮干燥、发芽、浸麦;排潮干燥对煤和电力的消耗均较大;该厂对淡水资源消耗则较小。根据各方面评价结果,提出一系列可行的节能、环保清洁生产方案,为制麦企业实现节能、降耗、增效的生产目标提供借鉴与依据。
In this study, COFCO Malt (Dalian) Co. Ltd was taken as the example and life cycle assessment method was adopted to investigate the effects of malt-making (7 subsystems including storage, cleaning & classification, steeping, germinating, drying, packaging and sewage treatment) on environments and energy consumption. The results showed that the potential impact of malt-making on environments included global warming, acidification, industrial dust and eutrophication (among all the subsystems, drying, germinating and steeping had the strongest effects); drying was in need of huge coal cosumption and power consumtion among all the subsystems; however, water consumption in this factory was comparatively small. Based on the investigation, a series of feasible energy-saving and envrionment-protecting clean production programs was put forward as useful reference for malt-making enterprises to achieve energy-saving, consumption-reducing, and efficiency-promoting in practice.
