摘要
以25名优秀男子举重运动员冬训期间免疫类、内分泌类共15个指标的6次重复测量数据为基础,通过因子分析统计方法对指标进行降维和分类研究,以分析举重运动员免疫、内分泌机能评定体系的结构,为运动员机能评定和指标选择提供依据。结论表明,举重运动员免疫、内分泌机能评定存在多维性,并且免疫与内分泌间有一定的独立性;运动员睾酮的调节较少受到其固有调节激素LH、FSH的调节,而更多受到应激性调节;免疫分子(Th类因子)类指标对训练的敏感性高于免疫细胞类指标,激活态细胞高于基础免疫细胞,天然免疫激活高于获得性免疫激活。
The research repeated measures 15 indexes of 25 excellent male lifters 6 times, include immunization index and endocrine secretion index To analyze the structure of biochemical monitoring indexes about lifters' immunization and endocrine secretion after indexesr dimensionality reduction and sort. The conclusion shows that the assessment is multidimensional, both immunization and endocrine secretion are independent, lifter tes- tosterone regulation is less influenced by its LH, FSH, but is more regulation of irritability, the training sensitivity of immune molecules index is higher than immunocyte index, activation cells is higher than basic immune cells, natural immunity activation is higher than acquired immunity activation.
