摘要 广泛而深入地探索高校合作办学的新模式,是创新人才培养机制的重要内容,是实现协同创新、提高高等教育质量的必要举措。湖北省化学工程与工艺专业组建校企合作联盟(化工专业联盟),在联盟的制度建设、平台搭建、教学改革与实施、人才培养模式、实践教学等诸多方面进行广泛地研究,构建校企协同合作培养人才的新模式,为培养卓越工程师进行了初步探索。 The new mode of exploring the cooperation between universities widely and thoroughly is the important part of innovative talents training mechanism, and it is also the essential measure of implemen- ting collaborative innovation and improving the quality of higher education. Hubei professional alliance of colleges and enterprises for the Chemical Engineering and Technology has conducted extensive research on various aspects, such as the construction of alliance system, the platform construction, the education- al reform and implementation, the talents training and practical teaching mode. And it has constructed a new talents collaborative mode between colleges and enterprises. The preliminary exploration for training excellent engineers is carried out.
