摘要
本文以湖北省化工类大学毕业生就业竞争力为研究对象,从毕业生的就业实现率、职业起薪、就业区域与就业领域、求职影响因素、求职过程与就业满意度等五个方面展开对比分析,并在归纳和总结湖北省化工类高校毕业生就业竞争力特点与发展趋势的基础上,得出初步结论。
The report studies the graduates＇ employment competitiveness majored in chemical industry in Hubei Province. The research includes five aspects on contrast analysis, that is, the achievement rate of graduates＇ employment, professional starting salary, employment area and employment domain, influ- ence factors for job seekers, the process of job hunting and employment satisfaction. The report sums up the characteristics and the development tendency. A preliminary conclusion is drawn in the end.
