Strategy of Creativity Training for Graduate Students Majored in Chemical Engineering and Technology

本文针对化学工程与技术学科的特点,借鉴欧美发达国家著名高校研究生创新能力的培养模式,围绕加强研究生导师队伍建设、研究生立体化创新性培养平台建立、正确选题及规范过程培养等几个方面,讨论加强化学工程与技术学科研究生创新能力的培养与实践,论证了建立化学工程与技术学科研究生创新能力培养的新体系的重要性。

According to the discipline characteristics of Chemical Engineering and Technology, the inno- vative capacity of the post-graduate is limited in our country at present. Referring to the innovation capa- bility cultivation mode of American and European well-known colleges and universities, we have strengthened the tutors＇ team and built the all-round training platform. The paper mainly discusses the importance of the new system and how we have practiced.
