教和学是一个活动的两个主体。"教"兼具主导、引领特征,"学"有相随、超越或发散的可能。用心的教学实践,需要教师在情感、精力上的付出,在方式上的研究,以实现教和学双方的互动互学;教师的工作,责任是基础,精力是主体,情感是保障,尊敬是报偿。和谐社会,课堂是苗床。

Teaching and learning is an activity of two aspects. ＂Teaching＂has leading characteristics while ＂learning＂ has following characteristics and it is possible to go beyond and be diversified. Intensive teach- ing practice needs teachers＇ concentration of their emotions and energy. It also needs their high responsi- bility and right teaching approaches. Only when the teachers regard their work as their life can they make a great achievement and create a harmonious society. In fact, the classroom is the seedbed.
