改进型内涂层油管在使用过程中发生的缩径质量问题,通过现场试验和实验室扭矩试验,确定该种油管缩径质量问题是作业施工过程中液压钳扭矩过大造成的,该种油管生产过程中质量把关不严也容易产生质量问题,上卸扣次数对油管的螺纹有较大影响,应当加强该种油管的管理。

The shrinking-diameter quality problem arose in the use of modified undercoat pipes. Through the spot test and lab torque test, it is confirmed that the shrinking-diameter problem of pipe is caused by the too large torque of hydraulic tongs in the process of construction. In addition, the quality problem of this pipe is due to the non-strict quality control in the production. Moreover, the on-off frequency has larger influence on the screw thread of pipe, so it is necessary to strengthen the management of this pipe.
