阐述了目前油田油井管质量异议的种类和产生原因,指出了供需双方对质量异议的处理方式和处置建议。并结合新疆油田对油井管的主要质量异议,提出相应的处理方法和改进方案,从而既保障油田生产,又提高产品质量,最终达到供需双方共赢的目的。

An explanation is made about the kinds of objections to oil well pipe quality and the causes of them, followed by the pre-sentation about the handling methods and opinions for quality objections by both sides of supply and demands.Then the corresponding handling methods about the main quality objections of oil well pipe are put forward combined with objections in Xinjiang oilfields. And this not only guarantees oilfield production, but also improves the quality of products, and thus reaches the goal of win-win for both sides of supply and demands.
