Analyses on the Influencing Factors about the Life Cycle of Turnover Materials for Oil-Gas Production

在油井生产作业施工中,周转材料频繁使用,不断的发送、回收,周而复始的下入井内,造成周转材料本体及部分配件损坏。分析其影响因素,有主观和客观因素,各因素对周转材料的不同影响,从而影响到周转材料的使用周期,因此,在对周转材料的日常管理中,要充分考虑这些因素对周转材料的影响,对其进行相应的办法和措施,以便延长周转材料的使用寿命,达到最理想的使用周期。

In the construction of oil well production, the frequent uses of turnover materials, like the continuous sending, recycling and entering into the well repeatedly, result in the damage of turnover material and some parts. Through the analysis, it is shown that there are objective and subjective factors in the influencing factors, and every factor has different influence on turnover materials and thus affects the life cycle of turnover materials. Therefore, in the daily management of turnover materials, the influence of these factors on turnover materials shotdd be taken into consideration. Meanwhile, some corresponding methods and measures should be used so as to lengthen the life cycle of turnover materials and reach the ideal life cycle.
