摘要 目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CPR)及白细胞(WBC)水平对脑梗死的影响。方法选择139例脑梗死患者作为脑梗死组,另选同期健康体检者139例作为对照组,检测两组血清Hcy、hs-CPR及WBC水平,并作对比分析。结果脑梗死组血清Hcy、hs-CPR及WBC水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP及WBC水平越高病情越重、预后越差。Hcy、hs-CPR及WBC水平可为脑梗死治疗及预后提供依据。 Objective To explore the effection of serum homocysteine (Hey) and high sensitive C -reactive protein (hs - CPR) and white blood cell (WBC) levels on cerebral infarction. Methods In 139 cases of cerebral infarction as cerebral infarction group, another period of health examination in 139 cases as control group, two groups of serum Hcy, hs - CPR and WBC levels, and make comparative analysis. Results Study of serum Hcy, hs - CPR and WBC levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Serum Hcy, hs - CRP and WBC level is high, the illness is more serious, the worse the prognosis. Hcy, hs - CPR and WBC levels can provide basis for the treatment and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
