金匮肾气丸联合诺迪康胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Jinguishenqi Pill combined with Nuodikang Capsule in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察金匮肾气丸联合诺迪康胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法将100例CHF患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均常规抗心力衰竭治疗,治疗组加服金匮肾气丸和诺迪康胶囊,疗程为4周。治疗前后观察NYHA心功能分级,检测血清氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和C反应蛋白(CRP)。结果治疗组总有效率为91%,对照组总有效率为80%,治疗组疗效显著优于比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.33,P=0.037)。治疗后两组血清NT-proBNP和CRP比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金匮肾气丸联合诺迪康胶囊治疗CHF可提高疗效,其机制可能与抑制神经内分泌和细胞因子的过度激活、降低炎症反应有关。

Objective To study the efficacy of Jinguishenqi pill combined with Nuodikang capsule in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods 100 patients with CHF were randomly divided into trial group with 50 cases and control group with 50 cases. All patients treated with conventional methods and patients in the trial group added to Jingnish- enqi pill combined with Nuodikang capsule for four weeks. Before and after treatment were observed in NYHA classification, detection of serum N - terminal pro - brain natriuretic peptide （ NT - proBNP） and C reactive protein （CRP）. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91%, the total effective rate in control group was 80%, the curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of comparison, the difference was statistically significant （ χ^2 =4. 33, P =0. 037）. In two groups after the treatment the serum levels of NT -proBNP and CRP, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Jinguishenqi pill combined with Nuodikang capsule can strengthen efficacy on patients with CHF. The mechanism is relatded to inhibition of excessive activation of neuroendocrine and cytokines and degression of inflammatory reaction.
