摘要
我国学术评价过程中的利益诱导和制度缺陷,导致学术评价极大地偏离了学术价值取向。也许"程序正义"是比较容易实现的,而"实体正义"——坚持学术评价的学术性,评价主体对评价结果负责,则绝非一朝一夕所能实现的。学术编辑是学术价值和社会文化的把关人,在这方面应该而且有条件承担更多的社会责任。加强学术编辑的社会责任意识,防治学术评价异化要关口前移。
Interests induction and system defects in the process of China’s academic evaluation result in a great deviation from academic value orientation. Maybe "procedural justice" is easier to implement, while the "substantive justice"-adherence to academic evaluation, evaluation subjects’ responsibility for the results-can by no means achieve overnight. Academic editors are gatekeepers of academic value and social culture, and they should have the conditions to take more social responsibility in this respect. The enhancement of academic editors’ awareness of social responsibility as well as the prevention of the dissimilation of academic evaluation should be conducted in advance.
