摘要
针对我国高等院校自动控制领域的实验教学要求,以及目前工业自动生产线及网络控制系统的实际应用,考虑到目前对应的实验教学方法和实验设备,提出了对工业自动生产线及网络控制系统实验平台的设计。实验平台基于流水线单元化、控制方式多样化、网络系统多极化的设计思路,能够将理论学习和工业控制现场实际结合起来,把理论内容应用到工业实际中去,并可以提高学生手脑结合、开拓创新的能力。平台克服了传统教学设备只能单纯验证和偏离工业实际的不足,能够更好地达到高等院校实验教学的要求。
Aiming at experimental teaching requirements of colleges and universities in the field of automatic control, as well as the industrial automatic production lines and the practical application of network control system, a design scheme of ex- perimental platform for the industrial automatic production lines and network control system is proposed in consideration of the corresponding experiment teaching method and experiment equipments. The experimental platform based on the design thought of assembly line unitization, control mode diversification, network system multi-polarization, can combine the theoretical study with industrial control actual situation on spot, can help the students to apply their theoretical knowledge to industrial practice, and can improve the students' hand and brain combination, pioneering and innovative abilities. The platform has overcome the insufficient of the traditional teaching equipments which can only simply perform the verification and the deviation from practical industrial demands. It can meet the requirements of colleges and universities experiment teaching.
