摘要
学习型组织的建设是一项复杂的系统工程,建设过程中涉及的因素众多,不确定性很强,建设情况评估时往往受到较多主观能动性制约。单一的定量、定性等确定性和不确定性评估方法大多仅能从某一层面对被评对象做出某种评价,而很难统筹兼顾学习型组织建设所面临的复杂因素。鉴于集对分析理论将确定性和不确定性视为一个系统,并兼顾到确定性与不确定性之间的相互联系,相互影响,相互制约及相互转换的优势,本文在对集对分析理论简要介绍以及学习型组织建设成熟度相关文献综述的基础上,运用集对分析思想构建出评估学习型组织建设成熟度的模型,并通过一算例验证了集对分析在评估学习型组织建设成熟度中的有效性,可在一定程度上为不同组织决策层进行学习型组织建设的规划和实施提供决策依据。
learning organization building and development is a complex systems engineering which involves much determinate or uncertain factors. It is restricted by some subjective reasons during the evaluation of learning organization building and development. It could barely consider all factors confronted with learning organization building and development via single quantificational or qualitative and determinate or uncertain method because these methods can only think over one aspect or lay. However set Pairs generally considers determinate and uncertain factors as one system, and takes many aspects or layers into account. It can provide an impersonal appraisement for learning organization building and development. The paper designs a model for appraising learning organization building and development based on set pairs by summarizing some literatures on set pairs and the maturity of learning organization building and development, then makes use of the model in one example and verifies its validity. The research can provide some information on decision-making of learning organization building and development for many organizations.
