摘要
为解决航空公司客机选型决策中,需要使用的旅客需求信息为随机信息的问题,本文研究了考虑随机信息的航空客机选型多属性决策方法。首先在分析飞机选型工作流程的基础上,建立了航空客机选型评价指标体系;然后针对指标信息中既有数值信息又有随机信息的特点,给出了一种航空客机选型的随机多属性决策方法;最后通过一个算例说明了本文给出方法的可行性和有效性。相关原理和方法可以扩展应用到新能源汽车服务网络方案选择、移动信息服务开发项目选择等决策问题。
This paper investigates a multiple attribute decision-making method with stochastic information for solving the problem of aircraft selection for airlines, in which information of passenger demand is in the form of sto- chastic information. In this paper, firstly, an evaluation hierarchy is constructed based on the analysis on process of aircraft selection. Then, according to the characteristics that information of attributes has both numerical information and stochastic information, a stochastic multiple attribute decision-making method for aircraft selection is presented. Finally, an example is given to show the feasibility and validity of the proposed method. The suggested theories and methods can be extended to a number of applications, such as alternative selection of service network for new energy cars and project selection of mobile service.
