DNA分子标记在动物保护生物学中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)、随机扩增多态性(RAPD)、扩增片段多态性(AFLP)和微卫星(SSR)等DNA分子标记技术被广泛地应用于生物学各领域,为濒危物种、珍稀物种的保护提供分子水平上的理论依据。本文重点论述了DNA分子标记在动物保护生物学中,如遗传多样性的检测、分析群体遗传结构、确定分类地位、探讨物种的系统发生关系、亲子鉴定等方面的应用。
