脑复苏的亚低温治疗研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 心肺复苏(CPR)成功后脑功能恢复是持续生命支持的核心,研究显示亚低温治疗可改善心肺复苏后患者的脑功能,是一种非常有前景的治疗措施。本文就心脏骤停后脑损伤机制、亚低温治疗脑保护机制及治疗策略、常用降温技术、温控监测研究进展做一综述。
