摘要 血管重构是多种心血管疾病共同的病理学特征。血管平滑肌细胞增殖和迁移在血管重构的形成中起着关键性的作用。ROCK是RhoA下游的效应分子之一,在调控血管平滑肌细胞收缩、增殖、迁移、基因表达等多项细胞功能中被证实具有重要的细胞内信号转导作用。RhoA/ROCK信号途径可能是防止血管重构的新靶点。 Vascular remodeling is a common pathological features of many cardiovascular disease. ROCK is one of effector molecules of RhoA downstream. It was confirmed that Rho kinase played an important role in contraction, proliferation, migration, apoptosis and so on with intracellular signal transduction of vascular smooth muscle cell, which may play a key role in the formation of vascular remodeling. Rho A/ROCK signal pathway may be a new target of preventing vascular remodeling.
