冻干重组人脑利钠肽在急诊治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭的疗效观察

The Curative Effect Observation of Lyophilized Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide in the Emergency Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients with Heart Failure

目的探讨冻干重组人脑利钠肽(新活素)在急诊治疗急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者的效果。方法将我院急诊科2009—2011年收治的84例急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例,对照组患者给予常规治疗;观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予新活素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.9%,显著高于对照组患者的71.4%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用新活素治疗急诊收治的急性心肌梗死合并心力衰竭临床疗效好,能够显著改善患者的临床症状及体征,改善心功能,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of lyophilized recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide （Nesiritide） in emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure. Methods 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with heart failure in the emergency department of our hospital from 2009 to 2011 years in were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group, patients in control group were given by routine treatment; on the basis of routine treatment patients in observation group were treated by recombinant human brainnatriuretic peptide, compared clinical curative effect of patients in two groups. Results Total effective rate of patients in observation group was 92. 9% , significantly higher than that in control group （71.4%） , the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Taking recombinant human brainnatriuretic peptide in emergency treatment of acute myocardial infarction patients complicated with heart failure has good clinical curative effect, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve heart function, it is worthy of further clinical using.
