藏菖蒲栽培品与野生品品质比较研究

Comparative Study on the Properties of Cultivated and Wild ZangChangPu

目的:比较藏菖蒲栽培品和野生品的异同,评价藏菖蒲栽培品的品质。方法:采用性状、显微、薄层鉴别及含量测定方法比较藏菖蒲栽培品和野生品的异同。结果:栽培品在性状、显微特征等方面与野生品略有差别;栽培品薄层鉴别主斑点与对照药材一致;而栽培品中α-细辛脑含量高于甘南野生品。结论:藏菖蒲栽培品与野生品鉴别特征、主要指标成分相似,具有开发和深入研究的价值。

Objective： To evaluate the properties of cultivated ZangC, hangPu （Rhizorna acori calami） through comparing the differences and similarities of cultivated and wild ones. Method： The differences and similarities of cultivated and wild ZangChangPu were compared with the methods of characters, microscope, thin layer identification and content determination. Result： Cultivated one was different from the wild one in character, microscopic feature slightly; principal spots of thin layer identification in cultivated one were the same with the control species; α-Asarone contents in cultivated one were higher than wild one from Gannan Tibetan autonomous prefecture. Conclusion： Identified characters and main indexes of cultivated ZangC, hangPu are similar to the wild one, worthy of development and further study.
