自拟涩肠止泻汤治疗婴幼儿秋季脾虚型腹泻120例

Self-made SeChang ZhiXieTang in Treating 120 Cases of Infant Autumn Diarrhea of Spleen Deficiency Pattern

目的:探讨自拟涩肠止泻汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将220例患儿随机分为2组,治疗组120例,对照组100例。对照组予病毒唑注射液加思密达散剂治疗,并酌情给予补液,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡。治疗组在对照组基础上加用自拟涩肠止泻汤辨证治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为80.00%,治疗组为95.00%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:自拟涩肠止泻汤治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻效果显著。

Objective： To explore clinical effects of self-made SeChang ZhiXieTang in the treatment for infant autumn diarrhea. Method： All 220 cases were randomized into 120 cases in the treatment group and 100 cases in the control group. The control group received ribavirin injection, montmorillonite powder and fluid infusion to maintain the balance of water, electrolytes and acid-base according to the patients＇ condition, while the treatment group were given with self-made SeChang ZhiXieTang on the therapy administered to the control group. Result： Total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.00%, higher than 80.00% of the control group with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Self-made Se Chang ZhiXie Tang is effective in treating infant autumn diarrhea.
