摘要
检索近几年文献,发现卵巢早衰中医治疗的药物多数含有四物汤的组成成分,且疗效确切;通过对卵巢早衰基本病因病机、免疫因素作用及四物汤组成成分免疫作用的研究,对四物汤免疫作用改善卵巢早衰症状做一综述,以期为卵巢早衰的临床治疗、早期预防提供参考。
The ingredients of SiWuTang were found in the medicine used to treat premature ovarian failure （POF） and the medicine showed certain curative effects through retrieving literature in recent years; immune function of SiWuTang improving POF was reviewed through studying basic causes and pathogenesis of POF, immune factors, ingredients and immune function of SiWuTang in order to provide references for clinical therapy and early prevention of POF.
