PFNAⅡ髓内钉系统治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨PFNAⅡ髓内钉系统在老年人群股骨转子间骨折中的治疗效果。方法自2008年1月~2012年1月对92例老年股骨转子间骨折患者应用PFNAⅡ髓内钉系统进行内固定,根据临床疗效进行评价。结果 92例均获随访,随访时间6~24个月,平均13.51个月,全部治愈,按Harris疗效评定标准评价,优69例,占75.0%,良12例,占13.04%,中10例,占10.87%,差1例,占1.08%,优良率88.04%。结论应用PFNAⅡ髓内钉系统治疗老年股骨转子间骨折,疗效可靠,并发症少,可取得较好效果。 Objective To explore the clinical outcome of proximal femoral nail antirotation 11 in treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of femur in elderly patients. Methods There were 92 elderly patients with femoral intertro- chanterie fracture treated by PFNA 1I fixation in our hospital from 2008 January to 2012 January and evaluated accord- ing to clinical efficacy. Results All cases were followed - up, follow - up time ranged from 6 to 24 months, average 13.51 months, all were cured, according to Harris criteria for assessment of therapeutic effects of evaluation, 69 eases (75.0%) were excellent, 12 eases(13.04% ) were good, 10 eases(10.87% ) were moderate, and 1 poor (1.08%), the excellent and good rate was 88.04%. Conclusion Applications of PFNAII fixation for the management of femoral intertrochanteric fracture are reliable therapeutic method with better outcomes and have less complication.
