新时期城市社区卫生服务存在的问题与解决策略

PROBLEMS AND STRATEGY ON DEVELOPMENT OF URBAN COMMUNITY HEALTH SERVICE IN THE NEW PERIOD

我国城市社区卫生服务已经历了十多年的探索和发展,有收获,也有不足。文章主要针对发展过程中出现的问题,提出相应的解决策略,包括明确对发展社区卫生服务重要意义的认识、政府对社区卫生服务的政策导向、社区卫生服务规章制度可由当地卫生部门因地制宜、发展社区卫生服务人才多样化、完善全科医学教育等。

Urban community health service has been developing for more than ten years, progress made, and deficiency exist. Based on the analysis of progress, existing problems of urban community health service in China, the author proposes the strategies, ineluding： definitude the recognition of importance of community health service, policy guide from government, its bylaw to be adjusted measures to local conditions by local health department, making medical team more diverse, perfecting General Practice Education.
