基于短信息服务平台的健康教育对儿童保健的效果

THE EFFECT OF CHILDREN'S HEALTH EDUCATION VIA SHORT TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PLATFORM ON CHILDREN'S HEALTH

目的观察基于短信息服务的健康教育对提高儿童系统管理率及父母科学育儿水平的作用,为提高儿童保健管理质量探索新方法,促使儿童身心健康成长。方法选择来儿童保健门诊体查的0～1岁婴儿100名,随机分为干预组(50人)和对照组(50人),对干预组家长定期以手机短信方式发送婴儿保健知识,两组均进行常规体检并派发健康教育资料。结果①干预组儿童系统管理率,明显高于对照组(p<0.05);②终末调查时干预组父母育儿知识测试得分及知晓状况优秀率,均显著高于对照组(p<0.001)。结论基于短信息服务平台的健康教育能有效提高儿童系统管理率和父母科学育儿知识水平,创新健康教育方式,对促进儿童保健工作有积极的效果。

Objective By observing the effect of the short text message service platform on improving sys- tematic management rate of children＇s health care and the level of scientific parenting, the author aims at exploring a new method to improve the quality of children health care management so as to make sure a more healthy physical and mental growth of children. Methods 100 0 - 1 - year - old babies were randomly selected from those who came for clinical examination and they were divided into intervention group （50 babies） and control group （50 babies）. Par- ents from the intervention group received text message of infant care knowledge on a regular basis. Both groups re- ceived routine physical examination and materials on children＇s health education. Results In intervention group： （1） The children＇s systematic management rate was higher than that of control group （p 〈0. 05） ;（2） At the end of the experiment, the scores of the parenting knowledge test and the rate of excellent master of the knowledge were sig- nificantly higher than those of control group （p 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Short text message service platform on health education can effectively improve children＇s systematic management rate and the level of scientific parenting knowl- edge. It can also innovate the way of health education so as to promote the work on children＇s health care.
