摘要
阐述了我院"以病人为中心"的门诊信息系统(含闭环式门诊预约挂号信息系统,银医"一卡通"平台,医院财务、药房信息系统)的实施,极大地优化了门诊就医流程,缩短了患者就诊等候时间,提高了坐诊医师的工作效率,缓解了患者"看病难"问题;同时医生也能在第一时间内获得集团医院内患者既往诊疗信息、用药方案,能够及时、合理地安排、修订本次诊疗计划,提高医疗服务质量和医院在社会中的地位和声誉,从而推动医院取得更好经济效益及创建全国优质医院起着重要的作用。
