摘要
目的为了解江门市水产品中副溶血性弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus,VP)的生态分布和污染水平。方法在2010年5—9月间采集江门市各大水产品农贸市场和超市内甲壳类、贝类、鱼类的水产品共352份,检测这些水产品中的副溶血性弧菌。结果分离出副溶血性弧菌132株,平均检出率为37.5%,其中检出率分别为49.21%、27.12%、15.79%,三者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在江门市水产品中副溶血性弧菌具有较高的检出率,为水产品质量监测提供了依据和基础性研究。
Objective Understanding of the ecology of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products of JiangMen(Vibrio parahaemolyticus, VP) distribution and level of contamination. Methods Selected the JiangMen major aquatic farmers market and supermarket crustaceans, shellfish, fish collected from May 2010 to September the aquatic total of 352 copies, detection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products. Results Isolated the 132 Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the average detection rate of 37.5%, which were detected in 49.21%, 27.12%, 15.79%, a highly significant difference (P 〈0.05) among the three, the difference was statistically significance. Conclusion Vibrio parahaemolyticus aquatic products in JiangMen has a higher detection rate for the aquatic quality monitoring provides the basis and foundation research.
