试论医院内部控制失效的原因

医院内部控制是医院现代化管理的重要组成部分,也是医院实施有效管理的重要工具。基于我国现阶段的医疗管理体制,内部控制制度不健全、不完善,与医院管理中诸多突出问题的形成密不可分。因此,针对目前医院内控制度失效的现象,笔者试就其原因进行分析、探讨和研究,并谈谈自己的看法。

As a main component of modern hospital management, internal control is essential for hospitals to build up effective management system. In the current health care management system of China, many major problems in hospital management are associated with poor internal control. The author tries to probe into the causes of failure of hospital internal control and share with readers with some personal opinions on the issue.
