β_2-SiW_(11)实验Ti/PANI掺杂材料光催化降解龙胆紫的研究

摘要 以固相合成法制备的β2-SiW11Ti/PANI掺杂材料为光催化剂,在紫外灯照射下,研究了其对模拟染料废水龙胆紫溶液降解的催化活性。讨论了催化剂投加量、龙胆紫溶液的初始浓度、酸度等对催化脱色效果的影响。结果表明,当溶液酸度为pH=7,催化剂用量为0.15 g/L,初始浓度为10 mg/L的龙胆紫溶液在30 W的紫外灯下照射150 min降解率可达92.75%。催化剂可重复使用,重复使用3次后仍有较好的催化效果。 The β2-SiWIITi/PANI was researched as the photocatalyst to degradation of the gentian violet in solution under the UV ray. The effects of the catalyst quantity, the initial concentration of the gentian violet and the solution pH on decolorizing efficiency of the solution were discussed in detail. The results showed the pH value of the solution was 7.10 mg/L gentian violet was treated with 0. 15 g/L β2- SiWH Ti/PANI after decomposed under 30 W ultraviolet light for 150 min, and the decoloration rate of gentian violet achieved 92.75%. The catalyst can be re - utilized and had good cat- alytic effect after three times reused.
